Whitetail Deer- If it was taken in Ohio, you will need your confirmation number given by the ODNR

                           If it was taken elsewhere, you will need all legal tagging information from that state.

TURKEY-    Same as Deer

Large Game- Such as Elk, Bear, Antelope, etc.- You will need all legal tagging information from the state or Province it was taken in

Antlers- Antlers for an antler mount are the same as deer and large game- Confirmation number or all legal tagging info from the state that it was tagged in.

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION, YOU WILL NEED A DEPOSIT OF 50% OR MORE, BY CASH,CHECK or C.C.  AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A 50% DEPOSIT OR CONFIRMATION NUMBER WITH YOU, I WILL NOT HOUSE YOUR TROPHY WHILE YOU GET IT.

YOU MUST TAKE IT WITH YOU
